SkyCity Theatre is in the heart of Auckland's CBD, within the same Precinct as the iconic Sky Tower.
The theatre is surrounded by some of the city's best restaurants, Federal Street right on the doorstep offering the perfect location for a pre-show meal or a post-show night cap.
Booking and Ticket information
The Box Office is located opposite the Theatre bar area by the window. It opens 90 minutes prior to a performance for you to collect tickets.
You can book tickets in two ways:
Online or via the show promoter.
Theatre accessibility
There are two wheelchair positions in row A, either side of the auditorium. Access to these are via Level 3 (Flat floor access). There are lifts from all levels to Level 3. Trained guide dogs are permitted, please purchase tickets on the end of a row to avoid disturbance to other patrons.

Parking and Transport
Parking is available under the SkyCity Theatre with lifts going directly to the Theatre foyer. Casual parking rate will apply.

What are your casual parking rates?
The casual rate for parking is $8 for 0-30 minutes, $16 for the first hour and $8 every hour after. The maximum parking charge per day (up to 24 hours) is $48.

Can we use our Premier Rewards for parking?
Yes, if you have sufficient Premier Points or a car parking credit accrued on your card. Your Premier Rewards card can be swiped at the parking machines to exit.
Please note, some car parking credits are required to be activated at a Premier Rewards Kiosk before redemption.

*To qualify, spend $40 or more (in one transaction) on the day of parking at any SkyCity Auckland restaurant, bar or cafe at the Sky Tower (excludes Magic Memories, Sky Jump, and Skywalk). To redeem the Super Saver Parking rates, customers must present their car park ticket to the cashier at the SkyCity outlet at which the minimum spend is made before exiting the car park.
**To qualify, SkyCity Premier Rewards members must use their Premier Rewards card to earn a minimum of one Premier Point from gaming that day. A day begins at 7am and ends at 6.59am the following day.
