Tournament format: No Limit Texas Hold’em with big blind ante. Late registration available until the end of level 4. This tournament will play to completion in one session**

Freezeout: No re-entries, no re-buys and no add-ons.

*The cash prize is determined by the actual number of participants and prize pool contributions received.

This tournament will be played 10-handed.

There will be a 10-minute break every 4 levels.

**If a winner has not been determined by the last hand played in level 20, the prize pool will be evenly divided between the remaining entries. The player with the highest chip stack at this time will receive any remainder that cannot be evenly divided.
